The object of the order is the delivery, together with the installation of the locations specified in the technical documentation (the designated locality and the registration plot, in the territory of the commune of Lubanie), photovoltaic microinstallations for the production of electricity from renewable sources for the purposes of residential buildings:
Photovoltaic installations. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of 52 photovoltaic microinstallations for the production of electricity up to 10 kWp on residential buildings or adjacent land. Total installation power: 394.79 kWp. A deviation from the values of not more than +3% is permitted, provided that the power must be less than 10 kWp.
The minimum general guarantee period for the entire subject of the order is 5 years (60 months) and is calculated from the date of the fault-free protocolar final reception. This is a period independent of the guarantee provided for individual elements.
1. The Ordering Party requires that the PV panels and all components of the plant be factory new.
2. The required technical parameters for photovoltaic installations are included in the Detailed technical specification of delivery with assembly and implementation projects.
3. The Contractor shall perform all activities related to the full performance of the PV installation, including the connection to the internal installation of the facility.
4. The Contractor shall provide free monitoring of the PV installation within 6 years of the faultless reception.
5. In any case of use in the description of the subject of the contract the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 (1) (2) and (3) UPzp, the contractor should assume that the words “or equivalent” shall be accompanied by such reference. When used in the design documentation references to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the contracting authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described.
6. The Contracting Authority requires that PV installations within one residential building take no more than 3 working days following each other (for each installation). It is not permissible that, without reasonable cause, the contractor interrupts the work started in the scope of one building
7. The Contracting Authority shall not request the means of evidence in question.

9. Communication between the contractor and the contractor is carried out by means of electronic communication within the meaning of the Act of 18.07.2002 on the provision of services electronically through the form “Send a message to the contracting officer” available https://platformazakupowa.pl/transakcja/488496.
10. In emergency situations, e.g. in case of interruption or failure or failure of the Purchasing Platform, the contractor may also communicate with the contractor via e-mail, at lubanie1@poczta.onet.pl with the provision that the Offer (in particular the Offer Form) the contractor may file only through the Purchasing Platform.
11.Pursuant to Article 63 (1) uPzp The offer and the declaration referred to in Article 125 (1) Pzp (JEDZ) shall be drawn up under the rigour of annulment in electronic form and given a qualified electronic signature. The Contractor shall, in the case of reliance on the capacities or situations of the entities providing the resources, provide, together with its own statement, also provide a statement (ONE) of the entity providing the resources, confirming the absence of grounds for exclusion of that entity and accordingly satisfying the conditions participation in the proceedings, to the extent that the contractor relies on its resources.In the case of joint application for the contract by the contractors, ONE submits each of the contractors.
12.The measures of evidence and other documents or statements referred to in the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 23.12.20202020 on the means of evidence in question and other documents or statements which the contractor may request) shall be submitted in electronic form in the extent and as set out in the provisions of the Regulation of the Prime Minister of the Council of Ministers of 30.12.2020 on the method of compilation and transmission of information and technical requirements for electronic documents and means of electronic communication in the procurement procedure public or contest
13. Offer (in particular Offer Form), the contractor may make only through the Purchasing Platform.
14. The Contracting Authority requests to bring a defect of 30.000,00 PLN
15. The Contracting Authority requires the provision of a security of due performance of the contract at 5% of the gross price of the offer.
