The subject of the contract is to grant the commune of Strzelce Opolskie a long-term loan, up to a total amount of PLN 12,500,000, intended to cover the planned deficit of the commune budget for 2019 and repayment of liabilities.

1. The scope of the contract includes, in particular, granting and servicing a long-term loan in PLN, with a total amount not exceeding PLN 12,500,000, charged in tranches, depending on the needs, with availability until 31.12.2019. Repayment of loan for up to 10 years with a grace period of 31.1.2020.

2. The Purchaser reserves the right to resign from the activation of the granted loan (non-use of the loan) or the right to use only part of the loan, without incurring any additional commissions, fees or compensation fees.

3. The Purchaser reserves the right to repay the loan earlier than specified in the contract. In this case, the contractor will not be entitled to any additional commission, fee or compensation.
