the Framework Agreement is for purchase orders and ancillary to subsequent contracts. The purchase orders will make it possible to order the fixed preventive maintenance service as well as the repair services requiring only labor (according to the unit prices fixed in the price schedule). Incidentally, the framework agreement may also be performed in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts for repair services requiring spare parts not identified in the framework agreement. The Framework Agreement will be concluded for 4 firm years from 1 November 2023 without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount over the total duration of the contract of 400,000 euros (excl. tax).
