In recent years, Health and Care has had a strong focus on adapting the content, professionalism and physical framework to the group of citizens who use day centres. The next step in this process is to merge 7 day centres into 3 (north, centre and south) and in this connection the city council has allocated budget funds for the expansion of the existing day centre in Kolt-Hasselager, as it has been decided that it will be the day centre in the south.

The new day centre (approx. 700 m2) will be located and combined with the existing Kolt-Hasselager folk centre in Kolt.

For the task, a financial framework of DKK 19,790,000 excl. VAT has been established, of which DKK 790,000 consists of support from Aarhus Municipality's climate pool for reducing climate impact. Craftsmen's expenses amount to approximately EUR 14.5 million.

This tender includes the turnkey consultancy assignment, where the turnkey consultancy assignment includes sketching, design, main contract tendering, professional supervision and construction management.
