For the Saxon State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Transport, new printing, copying and scanning systems (devices) are to be procured on a rental basis and the technology currently in use is to be replaced. The subject of the tender is the provision of printing, copying and scanning technology by way of a rental model together with the necessary software, print management software, services and the provision of consumables for three different performance classes.

These are framework agreements for a term of 60 months.

The framework agreement provides for a non-binding estimated purchase quantity and a maximum purchase quantity for the individual service items. In addition, the client guarantees a minimum purchase quantity. The detailed quantities are part of the table in the annex to the contract documents (part of the tender documents published with this notice).
