The incumbent will work in direct collaboration with the head of the LAM (Software, Purchasing and Maintenance) division. The mission of this unit is -

- provide support on the purchase of hardware, services, software and the renewal of maintenance

- follow the CSFs (Certifications of services made)

- follow the billing of network links

- follow the billing of the telephony

- participate in the drafting of the expression of need for the new tool for monitoring the tasks of the LAM and to contribute to its implementation based on the existing environment at the Technical and Digital Directorate (DTN).

The Software, Purchasing and Maintenance (LAM) support unit has the following missions:

• Ensure centralized license management for the entire CNES: Acquisition, renewal, cost optimization, pooling, monitoring

• Validate the workflow of catalog and non-catalog software requests

• Manage license server migrations

• Ensure the updating of license tracking GUID groups

• To ensure the management of the renewal of maintenance

• Manage the maintenance budget

• Provide support to the various structures of the sub-directorate for the entry of purchasing documents in the SAP management system

• Ensure follow-up of purchasing documents in the CNES purchasing process

• Prepare the elements enabling authorising officers by delegation to affix the FSBs

• To prepare and monitor internal and external audits of its scope

• Track billing for network links and telephony

• To prepare the elements of telephony chargeback
