The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity to electricity consumption points for the purpose of powering premises and buildings for Customers in the periods indicated in Annexes No. 1a, 1b and 1c as well as 2a, 2b and 2c to SWZ.
Part I – supply of electricity to PSP units of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in accordance with Annexes No. 1a and 2a to the SWZ – list of Consumers and Energy Consumption Points (PPE),
Part II – supply of electricity to PSP units of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in accordance with Annexes No. 1b and 2b to the SWZ – list of Consumers and Energy Consumption Points (PPE),
Part III – supply of electricity to PSP units of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in accordance with Annexes No. 1c and 2c to the SWZ – list of Consumers and Energy Consumption Points (PPE).
Supply of electricity to PSP units of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in accordance with Annexes No. 1a and 2a to the SWZ.The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity in the planned quantity and to the points indicated in Annex 1a of the Specification of the Terms of the Contract for the purpose of supplying premises and buildings for Customers and in the periods indicated in Annex 2a to the SWZ. The subject of the contract must meet the requirements described in the SWZ, including the provisions of law listed in this document.
