Next decade, in order to strengthen the attractiveness of the heart of the agglomeration, and to support the development of rail traffic linked to the railway link project between Creil and Roissy. This action is part of the “Action Coeur de Ville” plan benefited from Compiègne, Margny-lès-Compiègne and Venette.

An important transformation of the station will be accompanied by the creation of an eco-district comprising for the part between the railways and the Oise River:

— between 350 and 400 dwellings,

— about 1 000 m2 of shops and services,

— about 10,000 m2 offices.

A first renewable energy potential study conducted in 2019 aimed to identify the renewable energy sources available to power this network. This study identified a potential for very low temperature geothermal energy. Today, the CRA wants to conduct a network sizing study (preliminary project study).

It is a market that is divided into three phases:

— Phase 1: preliminary studies: study of thermal needs, search for a geothermal resource and description of the heat network.

This phase will result in a solution 1 “test drilling” or a solution 2 “test on probes”.

Choosing the solution will trigger phase 2;

— Phase 2: Definition and monitoring of the geothermal resource testing programme (EMO).

Bidders must encrypt both solutions.

It is a complete project management mission in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2430-1 and L. 2431-2, R. 2431-1 to R. 2431- 3 and R. 2431-24 to R. 2431-31 of the Public Order Code, specifying the technical arrangements for the execution of the elements of project management entrusted by public works masters to suppliers of private rights relating to infrastructure works;

— phase 3: preliminary project: sizing of the facilities and the geothermal heat network feeding the eco-district station.
