3.2 The place of performance of services are the lands managed (owned, administered) by the Municipal Forestry in the Municipal Greenery Board in Łódź.

3.5 The detailed scope of the contract, quality standards relating to all significant features of the subject of the contract, as well as life cycle costs (§ 1 paragraph 2 of the contract) are specified in the Model Contracts constituting Annexes 4 ac to the Terms of Reference, and in particular in Annexes 1 to Designs agreements.

3.6 The quantities of ordered services indicated in the Price Form constituting (as appropriate to the part) Annex No. 1.1-1.3 to the ToR are only indicative and have been indicated on the basis of statistical data on the performance of specific types of services, including their expected demand during the contract period.

3.6.1. The estimated quantities of services ordered under the basic contract and the contract under the option right are set out in the Price Form constituting (as appropriate to the part) Annex No. 1.1-1.3 to the ToR.

3.6.2 The Employer reserves the right to change the number of services ordered by adapting them to the current demand within the overall value of the contract.
