A company's IT infrastructure is the lifeblood without which it cannot function. Managing servers, data, storage, networks, hardware and software are just some of the areas of its business. With digital transformation and the acceleration of virtualization challenges, its objective is to guarantee employees reliable, secure, innovative and efficient systems and tools that facilitate their work.

In this context, Vilogia plans to overhaul its IT infrastructure, while ensuring its optimization.

Two solutions considered:

1) a replacement of the infrastructure: server / storage / back up:

- by removing its aging fiber network and modifying it with Gigabit Ethernet;

- by replacing its compute and storage part;

- by replacing its back-up part to best support the proposed compute and storage solution;

2) a migration to Cloud Services hosted in France, law applicable in France.

Applicants can present their response with the two solutions (infrastructure replacement: server / storage / back up and migration to the Cloud), or one of the two solutions.

The candidates classified in the first eight places will be asked to dialogue and submit their final offer, in particular the technical and financial conditions for completion, in accordance with the competitive dialogue procedure.

At the end of the dialogue, in accordance with the negotiated contractual provisions, the contract will relate to a solution for overhauling the Vilogia infrastructure.

The dialogue will take place in successive phases using two meetings: weeks 37 and 39.

After each meeting, candidates must submit their offers the following week, week 38 (for jury 1) and week 40 (for jury 2).

The juries will take place, in the premises of Vilogia, if the sanitary conditions allow it.

At the end of jury 1, two candidates will be eliminated, at the end of jury 2, two other candidates will be eliminated.

The information on these juries will be specified in the consultation regulations, sent to candidates who have been selected for the offer phase.
