This contract concerns assistance to the project owner to support the RenoWatt purchasing centre during the preparation, award and implementation of energy performance contracts for Walloon public buildings. The purpose of the contract is to be able to benefit from an experienced service provider in order to provide the RenoWatt central purchasing body with support for the preparation of the special specifications (including in particular assistance in simplifying aspects related to the IPMVP). Some missions not detailed here could be requested (e.g. assistance in the analysis of the detailed engineering of tenders received in the context of energy renovation contracts launched by RenoWatt).

The assistance covered by this contract is second-line assistance. The successful tenderer will not be required to physically visit the premises of the contracting authority or those of the beneficiary contracting authority, unless specifically requested by the contracting authority. The assistance requested will take the form of answers to the questions put by the contracting authority and the proofreading and issuance of critical opinions on the documents provided by the contracting authority and which may depend on all phases of an EPC as described in the procurement documents.
