The purpose of this consultation is the acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning of the LCC — CNRS (UPR8241) on-site and training in the use of a new and scalable sputerring down magnetometer, and within the framework of the REGION project “Occitanie Magnetic Sensors — CMAGOCCI”. The contract is in the form of a single contract framework agreement that is executed by means of purchase orders. The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum and no maximum. The framework agreement includes a comprehensive and lump sum part (the so-called minimum part of the framework agreement) whose purpose is the acquisition, delivery, installation on site, commissioning and training in the use of a new and scalable sputerring down magnetometer according to the technical specifications defined in PAC No. 21211 for the LCC-CNRS account. Notification of the framework agreement is to be ordered from the minimum part. The framework agreement has a firm term of forty-eight months.

— A comprehensive and lump sum portion (known as the minimum part of the framework agreement) whose purpose is the acquisition, delivery, installation on site, commissioning and training in the use of a new and scalable sputerring down magnetometer according to the technical specifications defined in CCP No. 21211 on behalf of the CNRS LCC-CNRS. Notification of the framework agreement is to be ordered from the minimum part,

— Part to purchase orders. The contracting authority may order if the need arises on the basis of this Framework Agreement and during the period of validity of this Framework Agreement:

—— acquisition and installation of one (1) steaming system,

—— acquisition and installation of additional cathodes,

—— acquisition and installation of one (1) RF polarization system,

—— acquisition and installation of one (1) magnet,

—— Acquisition and installation of one (1) control valve for pressure regulation,

—— a service “Extension of the guarantee of twelve months”. The framework agreement has a duration of four years.
