The municipality of Heerenveen intends to select a project management organization to supervise a new construction project for the new municipal office. The intended new location is the current location of the municipal office. Demolition of the existing buildings is therefore part of the task, as well as project management of the renovation of the monumental city hall - called Crackstate - that will be linked to the new building.

The estimated value is higher than the European threshold for Services of 215,000 euros excl. VAT.
