The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide services for outsourcing noise control missions, acquisition, rental and maintenance of sound measurement equipment. The consultation aims to select the providers who will be entrusted with the provision of outsourcing services for noise control missions, acquisition, lease and maintenance of sound measurement equipment for all RSOs members of the group.
Outsourcing of all or part of the controls carried out in connection with the monitoring of premises broadcasting amplified sounds and noiseThe purpose of the contract is to outsource all or part of the controls carried out in the framework of the surveillance of places broadcasting amplified sounds (as defined in Article R. 1336-1-1 of the CSP) and neighbourhood noise (as defined in Article R. 1336-4 of the CSP).
Acquisition of Class 1 and Class 2 Sound Mass EquipmentThe purpose of the contract is to outsource all or part of the controls carried out in the framework of the surveillance of places broadcasting amplified sounds (as defined in Article R. 1336-1-1 of the CSP) and neighbourhood noise (as defined in Article R. 1336-4 of the CSP).
Rental of sound ometry equipment and accessoriesThe purpose of the contract is to outsource all or part of the controls carried out in the framework of the surveillance of places broadcasting amplified sounds (as defined in Article R. 1336-1-1 of the CSP) and neighbourhood noise (as defined in Article R. 1336-4 of the CSP).
Maintenance of sound measurement equipmentThe subject matter of the contract relates to the preventive, corrective maintenance of sonometry equipment.
