GUIA system maintenance services: maintenance services (corrective, evolutionary, perfect and adaptive) of the GUIA system derived from the adaptation to new platform requirements or as a consequence of the integration of the integrated information systems at the time of contracting , as well as the assistance and technical support with the objective of solving problems, doubts and queries related to the administration, implementation, use, operation, integration and configuration of the GUIA services and components and the base software of the same Oracle Identity Manager .

Developments for the integration with GUIA of new information systems: developments for the integration with GUIA of new information systems that are not in the production phase at the start date of the contract, in particular the integrations with the systems indicated in the Annex I of the Technical Specification.
