The services include civil engineering and assembly work for the electricity and street lighting trades.

The services include civil engineering, cable construction work for the trades low voltage (up to 1kV), medium voltage (up to 20 kV) and street lighting. The services from the annual contract are limited to a construction sum of up to € 200,000 per construction project including installation.

Construction measures that exceed this value limit will be advertised separately.

The purpose of this framework is to create a contractual basis for the quick and smooth execution of the projects.

The Contractor shall ensure that all necessary cable laying work in the electricity and street lighting trades as well as the necessary civil engineering work is carried out on time and independently after consultation with the Client.

Depending on the size, difficulty and duration of the construction site, the AG decides whether a site inspection will take place.

Personnel and machine equipment:

Five civil engineering teams are provided by the Contractor to handle the advertised services.

The civil engineering teams should be staffed / equipped as follows:

5 construction teams with- foreman

- Excavator incl. operation

- Truck incl. operation

- Shovels

The Contractor must ensure that its construction crews are equipped with all the necessary tools.

The use of additional machines.B such as suction excavators, crane trucks, compaction devices is compensated by the application of the standard positions of shafting, backfilling or material transport.

The suction excavator is used exclusively on the instructions of the Client. If this is available, the use of the suction excavator is billed according to the control. Shaft services are thus compensated.

The subdivision of the construction teams for a smooth transition between the measures is carried out via a coordination plan and is the responsibility of the contractor in consultation with the client.

In addition, a Jour-Fix takes place weekly, which is not remunerated separately. The contents discussed and agreements made are recorded in writing and continue to serve as a basis for work. A German-speaking construction manager must be appointed to participate in this Jour-Fix.

The Contractor is granted access to an online platform where all necessary construction documents for execution as well as documentation templates can be provided.

The contractor coordinates the cable assembly work in accordance with the respective construction progress.

Materials and components:

Unless otherwise stated in the performance items, the material for the pipe and

Cable construction as well as for street lighting provided by the AG from the storage location of the utility company (Ringlerstraße 28, 85057 Ingolstadt). From the time of handover, the Contractor is responsible for the material. Unless otherwise described in the service items, unneeded material must be returned to the Client. The costs for transport are to be included in the unit prices.

Furthermore, all cables laid or cable returns to the Client's storage facility must be provided with a cable closure cap. The corresponding material is provided by the Client.

Documentation and billing:

A construction log is to be kept for the documentation of the performed and performed services and is to be presented to the construction officer at regular intervals for countersignature.

Installer confirmations and other documents important for commissioning must be made available in the corresponding project-related online directory of the working group no later than the following day.

It is expressly pointed out that the following BHB regulations of Stadtwerke Ingolstadt are part of the contract.

All of the requirements and tests made here must be met / submitted.

Archaeological accompaniment:

Both the archaeological support of a construction measure and the supervision of the civil engineering work by an excavator supervision in accordance with the Explosives Act are commissioned by the AG. The contractor must coordinate this work and follow the instructions. Downtimes caused to the contractor by accompanying work will not be remunerated without the written consent of the client (see hourly wage work).

The contractor has to coordinate his work in such a way that there are no downtimes.

Traffic safety:

The contractor has the sole traffic safety obligation on the construction site and is liable for all damages caused by violation of his traffic safety obligation. In this respect, he also assumes the traffic safety obligation of the client and is solely liable to third parties in relation to the client. The Contractor shall indemnify the Customer against all claims of third parties due to breach of the traffic safety obligation, insofar as the Contractor is responsible for or is responsible for the breach of the traffic safety obligation.

Contamination of the access roads and paths caused by the Contractor shall be cleaned up at the Contractor's expense.

Coordination of surveying work:

The Contractor shall coordinate the surveying work with a surveying company designated by the Client. The surveying work is always carried out on the open trench. The coordination effort is to be included in the DP and will not be remunerated separately.

Type and scope of the call for tenders

The services include installation work of all kinds up to 1kV on cables, overhead lines, systems and house connections in the low-voltage network of the AG as well as in the network of street lighting of the city of Ingolstadt.

Furthermore, the services include assembly work of all kinds in the medium-voltage grid of the AG and on systems up to 20kV.

The purpose of this framework is to create a contractual basis for the quick and smooth execution of the projects.

Personnel and machine equipment:

In the urban area, 5 civil engineering columns are in use for the electricity division. The assembly personnel must be kept available in sufficient numbers so that there are no downtimes for the civil engineering columns. Other assembly tasks that are not coupled to the civil engineering columns must also be covered.

The Contractor must ensure that its assembly teams are equipped with all the necessary tools and that the necessary qualifications are available to the Client in writing and on a personal basis (cf. D__03-05-A-01 Minimum Requirement cable fitters)

Vehicles for transporting the corresponding materials and station parts as well as any necessary additional equipment such as Steiger must be provided. The transport of complete compact stations is organized by the AG.

Behaviour in the grid area of Stadtwerke Ingolstadt:

In order to carry out necessary switching operations exclusively in the low-voltage grid up to 1kV, the contractors receive a special authorization which is issued in accordance with the requirements of Annex "A__11-03.1 Operation of electrical systems".

In the network up to 20kV, switching operations are carried out exclusively by our operating body. Work on 20kV systems is only possible after handover of the workplace by the operating body.

Materials and components:

Unless otherwise stated in the power items, the material for the assemblies in the low voltage (up to 1kV), in the medium voltage (up to 20kV) as well as for the street lighting is provided by the AG from the storage location of the utility company (Ringlerstraße 28, 85057 Ingolstadt).
