The subject of the contract is the implementation of maintenance services for green areas, paved areas and buildings owned by the Municipality of the City of Tychy, administered or maintained by the Municipal Board of Residential Buildings in Tychy, through its organizational units, i.e.:

ROM No. III with its registered office in Tychy at 43 Cyganerii Street,

ROM No. IV with its registered office in Tychy at Niepodległości 76,

ROM Nr V with its registered office in Tychy at 41 Budowlany Street

DTE with its registered office in Tychy at 31 Filarets Street
