This contract is a supply contract in the form of a framework agreement with the aim of:

- the supply of work clothes in accordance with the terms and conditions of these special specifications;

- the contracting authority is part of a sustainable public purchasing process. The performance of this contract must therefore be carried out in accordance with ethical and environmental concerns.

The framework agreement is concluded for the benefit of the following user entities:

- the public service of Wallonia whose different administrations are located in various places in the Walloon region and the Brussels-Capital region;

- bodies contracted with the Walloon region, that is to say contracting authorities (towns and municipalities, CPAS, inter-municipal authorities and public bodies mainly) located in the Walloon region, which have signed an agreement with the latter to join the purchasing center, who have expressed their interest in the context of this procedure and who have communicated their needs. The list of these contracted bodies is included in the appendix to these special specifications.

Supply of clothing for interior work.

Supply of clothing for outdoor work.

Supply of thermal underwear.

Supply of T-shirts.

Supply of caps, hats and mittens.

Supply of work clothes for surface technicians and refectorists.

Supply of laboratory aprons and dust covers.
