The purpose of this contract is the provision of the services of Analysis, Development, Maintenance, Evolution, Implementation and Advanced Support for information systems and the continuation of the Single Electronic Social History of the Ministry of Equality, Social Policies and Conciliation.

The objectives that the Ministry intends to achieve with the contracting of this service are the following:

- Attend to the needs of the Ministry of Equality, Social Policies and Conciliation in terms of the development and maintenance of software for information systems and the continuation of the Single Electronic Social History in Andalusia (HSUeA).

- Increase the probability of success of the HSUeA by standardizing the software development and maintenance processes, which include the necessary good practices, and making them predictable both in the procedure and in the results.

-Efficiently manage the DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE WORKS FOR THE CONTINUATION OF THE SINGLE ELECTRONIC SOCIAL HISTORY, through the orientation to services, so that jobs are demanded based on a predefined catalog of services, which can measure different objective indicators of quality and efficiency, thus ensuring a minimum level of service, where Service Level Agreements (SLA) can be defined and established.

-The current contracting of support and maintenance of the SISS with INFOCOR identification 000324/2019/CIPS/INF is close to completion and it is necessary to make a new contract.
