Delivery and commissioning of two Unitdose vending machines with peripheral accessories and connection to the existing HIS and the medication prescription and materials management integrated there

The Klinikum Fürth is an independent municipal company and acts as an academic teaching hospital of the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.

A total of 777 beds are available for the treatment of acute inpatients. In the 15 main departments, 33,595 acute inpatients and 24,842 outpatients are treated annually.

The subject of the proceedings is the delivery and introduction of two unit-dose vending machines to improve patient safety and support the close-loop medication process within the meaning of sections 4.3.5 of the guideline for the funding of projects for the digitization of processes and structures in the course of a hospital stay of patients in accordance with Section 21 (2) KHSFV in all facilities of the client.

- Bringing about the operational readiness of the Unitdose vending machines as part of an overall system through delivery and installation, installation, customizing and integration of all necessary system components including connection/integration of the HIS/KAS Dedalus Orbis and the medication ordinance and materials management integrated there on the basis of international standards.

Connection / integration of the relevant subsystems on the basis of international and interoperable standards

- Implementation of the listed project management services

- Implementation of the listed training courses

- Creation and updating of the required documentation

- Provision of system services for the entire system

A project-specific EVB IT system contract is concluded for procurement. The corresponding draft contract shall be attached to the tender documents for the initial tender and may be made the subject of the procurement negotiations by the contracting authority.
