The target of the tendering process is the provider of business and personnel gifts to Leijona Catering Oy, whose online store (intended for internal and external use) manages the acquisition and mailing of business and personnel gifts to The Lion's offices throughout Finland.

Personnel gifts and business gifts are part of The Lion Catering Oy's marketing and communications.

They support the systematic communication and marketing of Leijona Catering Oy and connect Lion's employees, partners and friends.

An important starting point for the lion is the ethical and environmental responsibility of the manufacturing conditions of the products and the raw materials used for them. In particular, we are interested in the development and application of the circular economy in different product groups, including business gifts. For domestic products, tracing the origin of raw materials and verifying responsibility is relatively easy, if necessary, and the risks of responsibility are largely low. We also want to be a responsible and reliable partner on our own behalf. We buy from contract suppliers according to what we have prejudged for them.

The labelling of the products must correspond to the instructions in the graphical instructions of Leijona Catering Oy.

In the future, it will be possible to update the product range within the existing price limits and, as needs change, for example. different products, different colors, different models.

The amounts of purchases vary from year to year at the moment the estimate of purchases is between EUR 60,000 and EUR 150,000.

Volume estimates of the services to be acquired and quantities assessed by the contracting entity are presented in the criteria of the object of the acquisition and in the annexes to the call for tender. Actual quantities of service acquired during the contract period may differ from the amounts shown.

Lion Catering cannot accurately commit to the quantities presented, but should be understood as information facilitating the bidding and pricing and the pricing review procedure. Lion Catering reserves the right to increase the number of products/services to be acquired under the terms of the contract with the winning bidder.

The agreement is expected to enter into force no later than August 2022.

The winner may be selected without negotiation on the basis of the bids submitted in the event of the application for participation!
