the contract covers sanitation works carried out on the territory of Versailles Grand Parc, such as work to create, replace and repair sewerage networks carried out in open trenches and rehabilitation work on networks by continuous lining. The works concerned may be of a varied nature (sandstone, concrete, ashlar, millstone coated or not, ?) and of various dimensions and cross-sections (circular, rectangular or ovoid). The maintenance and sustainability of community sanitation networks require regular interventions and renovations throughout the linear and structures

Lot 1 is multi-assignee (2 maximum) and with purchase orders. This is a maintenance lease for sewerage networks divided as follows:Northern sector corresponding to the northern geographical area consisting of the municipalities of Bois d'arcy, Bougival, La Celle Saint Cloud, Noisy le Roi, Rennemoulin, Versailles and ViroflaySouth sector corresponding to the southern geographical area consisting of the municipalities of Bièvres, Buc, Chateaufort, Jouy en Josas, Les Loges en Josas, Toussus-Le-Noble and Vélizy-Villacoublay, Lot No. 1 corresponds to work of limited scope of small works requiring emergency intervention or quickly. It is concluded with 2 economic operators, each dedicated to a geographical area. The modalities of allocation of geographical areas are specified in article 2.1.1 of the administrative clauses (CCAP)

lot no. 2 is a multi-awarded framework agreement (4 maximum) with subsequent contracts pursuant to Article R2162-2 of the Public Order Code. It concerns work on pipelines and sewerage works, corresponding to work on a larger scale than that of lot No. 1. Subsequent contracts are awarded under the conditions defined in Article R2162-10 of the Public Order Code. The terms of reopening of competition are specified in Article 2.1.2 of the Administrative Clauses (CCAP)
