The subject of the order includes the provision of comprehensive rescue services and the provision of first pre-medical services at the Aquapark Tarnowski Term.

1. The subject matter of this order is the provision of comprehensive rescue protection services at the Aquapark Tarnowski Term.

2. The object of the contract is to be carried out continuously, during the opening hours of the Aquapark, by rescuers who have the water rescuer required by applicable regulations.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the order has been specified in Annex No. 1 to this contract.

4. The Contractor declares that he has familiarized himself with the scope covered by the contract in question and raises no objections.

5. The Employer has the right to inspect the persons implementing the subject of the contract.

6. The estimated demand for the number of working hours of rescuers during the contract period, for a period of 14 months is 57 247.5 and the planned hours and the number of rescuers were defined as follows:

1) from Monday to Friday, for the protection of water rescue, the number of rescuers is:

a) 3 rescuers between 6.00 - 9.00,

b) 9 rescuers between 9.00 - 22.00,

c) 1 lifeguard (sauna zone) from 15.00 to 22.00,

2) on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays for the protection of water rescue, the number of rescuers is:

a) 3 rescuers from 6.30 to 9.00,

b) 9 rescuers between 9.00 - 22.00,

c) 1 lifeguard (sauna zone) from 9.00 to 22.00.

7. Working hours, their number and number of rescuers referred to in paragraph 6 are estimates and as such they can not constitute grounds for the Contractor to bring any claims during the performance of the contract.
