The subject of the contract is the service of promotion of the Municipality of the City of Gdynia and the Gdynia Sports Center of the budget unit and its activities carried out through the men's football team taking part in the championship of the II or III League, in the 2022/2023 season, in accordance with the schedule of the Polish Football Association, which during all football matches played as a host will perform in Gdynia.

1. The subject of the contract is the promotion service of the Municipality of the City of Gdynia and the Gdynia Sports Center of the budget unit and its activities carried out through the men's football team participating in the championship of the II or III League, in the 2022/2023 season, in accordance with the schedule of the Polish Football Association, which during all football matches played as a host will perform in Gdynia.

2. Deadline for the execution of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract to the date of completion of the championship games of the II or III league in the 2022/2023 season, played in the second half of 2022, in accordance with the schedule of the Polish Football Association, no later than by November 30, 2022.

3. Place of completion of the order: place of competitions of the Polish Second or III Football League, including the host role in the stadium located in Gdynia.

4. A detailed description and manner of execution of the order shall be provided with the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), which is Annex 4 to the SWZ.
