Description:
Supply one static engineer as contracts manager with electrical qualification and knowledge of mechanical and fire safety systems, along with a mobile support maintenance operative billed at an hourly rate for a minimum of 700 hours per year at the Square Shopping Centre in Camberley.
Maintenance services at the Square Shopping Centre, Camberley. The contractor shall supply one static engineer, to act as contracts manager, on a 40 hour per week basis for the 52 weeks per year. Static engineer must have electrical qualification as a minimum and sound knowledge of mechanical and fire safety systems. In addition, the Contractor is to provide a mobile support maintenance operative, billed at a rate per hour, for a minimum of 700 hours per year. 1.CONTRACT REPRESENTATIVE: 1.1 The Contractor shall within one month after acceptance by the Council of its tender given written notice to the Contract Administrator of the identity of the person appointed as the Contract Manager and shall forthwith give notice of any subsequent appointments. 1.2 The Contractor shall inform the Contract Administrator of the identity of the person authorised to act for any period as Deputy for the Contract Manager before the start of that period.
