The subject of the contract is the execution of the design documentation, obtaining the necessary administrative decisions and the implementation of the documentation of construction works and the execution of post-construction documentation for the following tasks:

1) “Reconstruction of the trackyard in Piekarska Street in Bytom together with Sądowa Street in Bytom” - Task No 7.3, within the framework of Project B.C.: “Integrated project of modernisation and development of tram infrastructure in the Silesia - Zagłębowska Aglomeration together with the purchase of rolling stock — Stage I” co-financed by The European Union from the Cohesion Fund under the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme — the scope of Tramwaje Śląskie S.A.

2) “Reconstruction of Piekarska Street in connection with Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. planned reconstruction of tram tram yard” -road part — the scope of the Municipality of Bytom,

3) “Construction of the water supply network in the framework of the task: reconstruction of the water supply network in Piekarska Street in Bytom” - part of the water supply — scope of BPK Sp. z o.o.
