The subject of the contract is the development and construction of a comprehensive, innovative air quality monitoring system with a computer simulation model and an analytical and visualization part, covering the area of the city of Żary along with adjacent areas at a distance of up to 1 km from the administrative boundaries of the city. The implementation of the subject of the contract is divided into 3 Stages and Tasks, which are interconnected and interdependent. STEP 1: Task 1 - Inventory of the main sources of pollutant emissions. Task 2 - Construction of a computer simulation model that allows to simulate the spread of pollution throughout the city of Żary along with adjacent areas at a distance of up to 1 km from the administrative boundaries of the city. Task 3 - Indication of the location of measuring stations and meteorological stations based on the results of modeling and simulation as well as the inventory of emission sources. STAGE 2: Task 1 - Construction of technical infrastructure of the ZAIREYMON system (proper name). Task 2 - Construction of ICT infrastructure for the transmission of measurement data and server infrastructure for archiving measurement data, as well as implementation of computer databases with API access interface. STAGE 3: Task 1 - Creation and implementation of computer software for the analysis, visualization and sharing of air quality measurement data.
