The district of Rottal-Inn is planning to build a new stand-alone hospice building near the hospital in Pfarrkirchen.

For this purpose, the planning services of the service profile Specialist Planning Structural Engineering according to § 51 HOAI in conjunction with Anl. 14 No. 14.1, performance phases 1-6 as well as the special services of proof of fire resistance duration and engineering control.

In Pfarrkirchen, near the local hospital, the district of Rottal-Inn is planning to build a new stand-alone hospice building. This inpatient hospice facility is to be designed for approx. 10 beds, as well as corresponding wet rooms plus treatment and ancillary rooms. Recreation rooms for visitors and overnight accommodation must also be provided. A single-storey construction is to be carried out. The implementation of a timber frame construction is planned.

An aerial photograph/site plan is attached to the tender documents. Furthermore, the preliminary design planning by the architects has already been attached, as well as the first visualization drafts. The construction site is near the Pfarrkirchen hospital next to the helipad 84347 Pfarrkirchen between "Am Griesberg" and "Robert-Koch-Straße".

The estimated total costs are currently around 5 million gross for KG 200 to 700.

The funding application is to be submitted by the end of June 2024, and the approval planning is to be completed by the end of July 2024. Construction is scheduled to start at the end of 2024. Scheduled for early 2025. Completion of the project is expected to take place by mid-2026 at the latest.
