The subject of the contract is the performance of postal operational activities specified in Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract at the Dispatch and Distribution Node in Wrocław, 21 Awicenny Street, on the days and hours of work of the above-mentioned organizational unit of the Ordering Party, i.e. during the day and night, seven days a week, including designated holidays.

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of postal operational activities specified in Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract at the Expeditionary and Distribution Node in Wrocław, Awicenny 21 Street, on the days and hours of work of the above-mentioned organizational unit of the Ordering Party, i.e. during the day and night, seven days a week, including designated public holidays.

2. Maximum quantities of services that may be contracted to the Contractor by the Contracting Authority in the scope of the contract:

- maximum number of man-hours with the right of option (100 %) - 54 770,

- the number of man-hours covered by the so-called basic order (80 %) - 43 816,

- the number of man-hours covered by the right of option (20 %) - 10 954.

Performing postal operational activities will be carried out by the Contractor with the help of its employees, employed by the Contractor or its Subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract.

In the case of employing foreigners by the Contractor - persons sent to work must know and use the Polish language to a communicative level in speech and writing.
