The planning contract will comprise work phases 5-6 of the service profile Object Planning Engineering Structures and Work phases 4-6 of the service profile Structural Design as well as optionally work phases 7-9 of the service profile Object Planning Engineering Structures.

SUBJECT MATTER AND SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
The planning services are to be provided in stages, essentially with the following services:
• Level 3: Work phases 5-6 of the service profile Object planning Civil engineering structures and work phases 4-6 of the service profile Structural Design
Special service LP 6 Object planning for civil engineering structures: Update of an in-depth cost calculation based on DIN 276, 5.3 on the basis of a priced specification
• Level 4 (optional): Work phases 7-9 of the service profile Object Planning Engineering Structures including the special services for LP 8.
The detailed performance profiles are specified in the invitation to tender.
Scheduled appointments
The services of level 3 are to be provided on schedule in such a way that a publication of the tender documents for all bank sections can take place on 01.05.2024. The services of stage 4 are to be provided from 01.05.2024 and accompany the construction with a planned overall completion date of 30.06.2026. Subsequently, the work phase 9 and the project completion documentation take place until the conclusion of the warranty periods.
As part of a VgV tender, ARGE Sellhorn Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH / Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH was commissioned with the work phases 1-4 for the planning services for the renovation and new construction of the riverbank structures. So far, the preliminary planning for the project has been completed. As part of the bidding phase, the current planning status will be made available to the bidders at least in extracts. The awarding authority does not exclude the participation of the members of the ARGE, taking into account §7 para. (1) and (2) VgV.
