The purpose of the Restricted Tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement with three service provider(s) in the field of Information Security Services. The intention is for the Agreement to enter into force at the end of June 2023.

This Tender is a restricted procedure and consists of two phases:

1. Selectiefase;

2. Inschrijvingsfase.

This is the Selection phase and means that any interested Entrepreneur can submit a Request for Participation after publication of the announcement.

The assignment concerns the execution of standard and non-standard security tests. The 'standard tests' and 'non-standard tests' are divided into a ratio of 90/10.

By standard assignments we mean the following types:

•Single pentest;

•Combined pen test;

•Pentest reporting review;

•Security Code Review;

The non-standard commands are all commands that do not fall under the characteristics of the standard commands. For example, you can find this in the Selection Document.
