The purpose of this open European tender is to conclude a framework agreement for a period of two years, with the option for the Contracting Authority unilaterally to extend, under the same conditions, of two times one year.

The start date of the assignment is 1.6.2021.

One framework agreement is concluded for all participants, managed by the VRT. Each participant concludes a processor agreement for himself.

The participants are:

- 14 municipalities: Almelo, Borne, Dinkelland, Enschede (and Losser), Haaksbergen, Hellendoorn, Hengelo, Hof van Twente, Oldenzaal, Rijssen-Holten, Tubbergen, Twenterand and Wierden,

- Region Twente.

VRT (and the Twente fire brigade) and the participants can jointly be referred to as the Contracting Authority (AD).

Note:

The Municipality of Hellendoorn is participating as an option in this tender. It is not yet clear whether or not they will make use of the agreement to be concluded.

The assignment consists of the following parts:

(a) providing an MMT with the right to use / license the MMT for the AD and their users;

b) implementation of that MMT, migration of the data and the MMT and bringing processes and procedures into production;

c) providing necessary support and maintenance;

d) training of users, including training materials and all necessary communication;

e) support / consultancy during the term of the framework agreement
