The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement in which the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of placing an order for:

1) Delivery of up to 56 pieces of EMUs in the version:

- four-car - up to 28 pcs.

- five-car – up to 28 pcs.

together with technical documentation, including construction documentation enabling inspections to be carried out at levels P1 – P5, including:

a) Granting a guarantee for each EMU, for a minimum period of 60 months,

b) Instruction of the Operator's employees indicated by the Ordering Party

c) License Grant for Software and Technical Documentation

2) Providing comprehensive service and maintenance for each EMUs

with equipment (including ticket machines, validating machines) from level P1 to P4.

3) Delivery of a spare parts package.
