The purpose of this contract is to operate public intercity transport services in the South Essonne territory (regular and on-demand lines). The territory covered by this market is located in the south of Essonne. It is a vast territory (more than 100 municipalities) with a second peri-urban crown dominating rural. There are currently 61 administrative lines, for more than 6.4 m of KCC. IDFM has redefined the bus offer for the start-up of the contract, which represents a total of 82 administrative lines and more than 7 m of KCC. The contract may also include, through purchase orders based on unit prices, the supply and installation of stop poles and counting cells, as well as the supply, installation and maintenance of passenger information terminals see Article 15.2 of the CCA.

The purpose of this contract is to entrust the holder with the execution of public intercity passenger transport services in particular: operation of services, maintenance and maintenance of vehicles and bus operations, support functions. Services include services dedicated to regular lines, on-demand transportation accessible to commercial users holding a ticket. Île-de-France Mobilités makes available to the holder the following goods: rolling stock and on-board equipment; bus operational centres and equipment, systems and tools necessary for the maintenance, maintenance of goods and operation of the service. Note: The holder may make available a space dedicated to the storage of vehicles. The licensee shall provide all the vehicles necessary for the performance of the service not made available by Île-de-France Mobilités. In particular, the holder must supply any vehicle different from the vehicles made available by Île-de-France Mobilités (special templates...) when the operation of the services so requires. The licensee shall provide the operator software to organize and monitor the production and operation of regular lines; the monitoring and management of rolling stock and its maintenance; the processing and subsequent analysis of operating data, including traffic, SAE data, and speed commercial.

The licensee shall provide all the vehicles necessary for the performance of the service not made available by Île-de-France Mobilités. In particular, the holder must supply any vehicle different from the vehicles made available by Île-de-France Mobilités (special templates...) when the operation of the services so requires. Note: Part of the operation of on-demand transportation services requires the licensee to make vehicles available (minicars).
