The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities of the Pedagogical University of National Education Commission in Krakow for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from 1.7.2020 (existing contracts for the supply of electricity are valid until 30.6.2020).
The subject of the order will be implemented in two tasks:
- task 1: supply of electricity to teaching buildings and residential premises of the Pedagogical University,
- task 2: supply of electricity to the facilities of Student Houses of the Pedagogical University.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3.
The Contractor undertakes to keep secret the information obtained during the processing of personal data in connection with the implementation of the subject of the contract. The obligation of confidentiality of information also exists after the completion of the subject of the contract.

Task 1: supply of electricity to teaching buildings and residential premises of the Pedagogical University1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the facilities of the Pedagogical University of National Education Commission in Krakow for 24 (twenty-four) months, starting from 1.7.2020 (existing contracts for the supply of electricity are valid until 30.6.2020).
2. Projected annual electricity consumption - 4 230 292 kWh, of which 3 292 179 kWh for task 1 and 938 113 kWh for task 2.
3. The subject of the contract will be implemented under the conditions specified in:
a) the Act of 10.4.1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1059) together with executive provisions - hereinafter referred to as the Energy Law and based on executive provisions to this Act;
b) the regulations for the provision of electricity supply services to a given Contractor.
4. The order will be started provided:
a) by the Contractor ensuring continuity of electricity supply;
b) successful completion of the sales contracts already in force.
5. Under the contract, the Contractor is required to supply electricity for the consumption points specified in Annex "A" to the description of the subject of the contract.
6. Determination of the forecasted energy consumption is a necessary element used to select the best offer and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Employer to purchase electricity in the given amounts. The Purchaser reserves the right to purchase a smaller amount of energy ordered.
7. A list of electricity consumption points is provided in Annex 'A' to the description of the subject of the contract.
8. Settlements for the supply of electricity will take place during the settlement periods used by DSOs, according to actual consumption based on current indications of the measuring and billing system.
Task 2: supply of electricity to student housing facilities of the Pedagogical University1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the facilities of the Pedagogical University of National Education Commission in Krakow for 24 (twenty-four) months, starting from 1.7.2020 (existing contracts for the supply of electricity are valid until 30.6.2020).
