Awarding procedure pursuant to articles 4, 15 and, as far as analogously applicable, 54 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments for the stipulation of a framework agreement aimed at the acquisition of cybersecurity hardware and software products in CheckPoint technology.

The initiative stems from the need to secure (CyberSecurity) the IP network to which all Rai Way devices and related management systems are connected.

The assignment concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with an economic operator "Partner CheckPoint 4 Stars" for the supply of hardware products and security software with CheckPoint technology.

The CheckPoint equipment supplier will be required to provide the following services included in the supply:

- temporary warehouse service,

- basic initial configuration service for the devices,

- supply of equipment updating software.

Rai Way may also purchase licenses and software updates for CheckPoint devices already in its possession.
