The Contracting Authority requests tenders for graphic services related to the establishment of the new Kristiansand kommune [Kristiansand municipality], and further in the new municipality from 1.1.2020. The contract shall be initiated during spring 2019.

The current Kristiansand municipality has a contract that expires at the end of 2019. This contract includes services for the municipality's current graphic profile which is now subject to out phasing.

This call for tenders involves consultancy services related to strategic and creative communication. This means a need for branding the new Kristiansand municipality as well as a strategic focus on the reputation development. The contract shall also include the production of profiling materials and information products for the new municipality and its activities.

The new Kristiansand municipality has a newly developed graphic profile. The service provider must therefore continue with working and developing this profile and give advices related to communication measures for the implementation.

The following graphic services can be included:

— marketing, advertising and information materials for different platforms,

— consultancy services and production related to graphical design, illustrations and infographics, also for different platforms,

— services related to printing (quality and preparation for printing),

— picture processing if required,

— 3D,

— icons,

— web-design (new domains/projects),

— the list is not exhaustive.

The main assignment will mostly consist of graphic services, where all the materials (e.g., pictures/illustrations and texts) come from the Contracting Authority. In some cases we would like the tenderer to help out with illustrations and possibly photographs. Assistance can be required for the further development of elements in the municipality's graphic profile (e.g., brochure and document templates, profile for municipal buildings, signage, etc.).

Printing services are not included in the contract since the municipality has an ongoing contract for printing services and must therefore use this contract for any printing of graphic designed products included in this assignment/contract.
