Evaluation of the Child Education Act NRW (KiBiz).

The main service is the review of the financing of day care for children within the meaning of section 55 (5) of the KiBiz and the analysis of the effects of the financing with regard to the plurality of providers. In addition, the development and impact of the update rate according to § 37 KiBiz including the relationship between personnel and material costs, § 37 paragraph 3 KiBiz, must be analyzed.

The results are to be presented in an interim and a final report, which deals with all test items listed in Section 55 (5) KiBiz.
