Implementation, start-up and subsequent transfer of information and training of an information system on childhood and adolescence and a predictive model of needs adapted to said system. This information system will consist of a set of tools, techniques and algorithms that will identify children who may be at risk of vulnerability or abandonment. The main objective of this system will be to provide valuable information to decision makers to improve policies and programs that affect these children and adolescents.
