The purpose of this contract is, according to the clauses and requirements of these specifications, the conclusion of a multiannual contract, known as a "purchase order", for a period of three years for the supply, during this period, of personal protective equipment for all ambulance drivers in the rescue area.

Place of delivery: Zone de secours de Wallonie Picarde, Chaussée de Lille, 422C à 7501 ORCQ

Duration of the contract: 4 years from the day after the notification of the contract.

The attention of tenderers is drawn to the fact that the quantities indicated in these special product documents are presumed quantities. There are therefore no minimum or maximum quantities. These are given for information purposes only without commitment on the part of the contracting authority. The notification of the award of the contract to the successful tenderer does not therefore commit the contracting authority to place orders for a minimum overall amount and the contracting authority reserves the right to adapt its orders to changing needs.
