Since May 2018, European legislation on the protection of personal data has been binding on municipalities in the metropolitan area; in a spirit of pooling and support, Toulouse Métropole has proposed to the member municipalities of the Metropolis a group of orders for the services of "Amo for Data Protection Officer" ("DPO" within the meaning of the Rgpd) relating to the compliance of each of them. This contract having expired, Toulouse Métropole renews it in a logic of dissociated lots:- Lot 1 concerns the so-called "basic" services that the member municipalities of the Metropolis would not have been able to carry out yet.- Lot 2 concerns audit and expertise services for Dpo- Lot 3 concerns specific consulting and assistance services for the Digital Department of Toulouse Métropole and the City of Toulouse
