Klinikum Peine gGmbH operates a nursing vocational school. In addition to the existing solid buildings, a further fixed school infrastructure in modular construction with a total of 23 school containers is to be built on the hospital campus in the near future for their short-term expansion.

The object of this order is the delivery (to be offered as a rental, hire-purchase or purchase model) and installation of 23 school containers as well as optionally further containers including any support in the preparation of the installation areas and the establishment of all necessary connections (electricity, water, data line, etc.), the administrative support of the client in obtaining the necessary official permits (provision of construction drawings, etc.). , as well as optionally the complete dismantling after expiry of a still to be agreed - at least five years - useful life. The school containers must be able to be used for several years.

At very short notice, Klinikum Peine gGmbH has been commissioned to successively expand school capacities by several additional school classes. Therefore, on the hospital campus Virchowstraße 8, 31226 Peine, in addition to the existing solid buildings, another stationary school infrastructure in modular construction with at least 23 school containers is to be built.

The school containers must be able to be used for several years. Start of the school year is 01.08.2023. The commissioning of the modular school infrastructure must therefore be possible on T: 25.07.2023.

Prerequisites for the construction of the additional school infrastructure are a building permit and, if necessary, further public law permits. Therefore, support services in favour of the client as an applicant in official approval procedures are also an optional part of the order, for example by providing design documents, etc. Optionally, the complete dismantling of the school infrastructure after a period to be determined will also be commissioned. At present, it is assumed that it will be used in schools for at least five years.

The scope of delivery is 23 containers plus an option for up to five additional containers. The containers must have the following standard dimensions:

- External dimensions: length from 5900 mm to 6100 mm, width from 2450 mm to 2600 mm, height 2700 mm to 3300 mm

- Internal dimensions: height from 2500 mm to 3000 mm

The containers are to be infrastructurally connected by the contractor on the campus of Klinikum Peine gGmbH to form a complete facility. The delivery and the turnkey assembly must take place by T: 25.07.2023.
