The contract will cover the supply of enteral feed nutritional products on an Off FP10 basis as well as the supply of enteral feeding pumps and their associated support and maintenance and supply of plastics and consumables to meet the demand of NHS Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group, Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, 2gether NHS Foundation Trust and Gloucestershire Care Services NHS Trust.

The appointed supplier will be required to also provide:

— Support services including providing ongoing nursing training, advice and assistance to professional staff, patients, their family and other carers where necessary.

— An information helpline for healthcare professionals.

— Home visit training and support to patients.

— Educational materials to support the products and services

— Nursing provision support

— Maintenance for pumps used by patients at home and also hospital pumps.
