The client's goal with this tender is to contract certified audiovisual

service providers who ensure that virtually all fiction purchased by the Purchasing Department for

Zapp/Zappelin is translated and dubbed. This must be done in accordance with the requirements and wishes such as:

The scope of the assignment consists of both films and series. The numbers depend on supply and demand

of the grid and vary by year. The number of films is about 15 per year, of which about 40% are in English.

The number of series to be dubbed will probably be somewhere between 15 and 18 per year. Of these, about 50-70%

Anglophone. (in different volumes (larger and smaller), live action and/or animated series). The other languages include:

Swedish, Danish, French etc. The numbers mentioned are indicative. No rights can be derived from it either.

The Client has no minimum purchase obligation towards the Contractor.

set out in this descriptive document and the accompanying Program of Requirements.

The intended effective date of the contract is October 1, 2023. The agreement will have a duration of two (2)

year. The Agreement provides a unilateral option for the Client to extend the agreement with

up to two (2) times one (1) year. This tender consists of one lot.

A three-month test period will be completed. After the three-month test period, an evaluation

place about the service performed.
