Description:
Delivery of 3 brand new single-unit low-floor city buses with hydrogen fuel cells and 2 pieces of new single-unit electric city buses together with the technical infrastructure necessary for the maintenance and operation of the vehicles

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 3 brand new single-unit low-floor city buses with a hydrogen cell and 2 pieces of new single-unit electric city buses together with the technical infrastructure necessary for the maintenance and operation of the vehicles.

2. The subject of the order was divided into two parts:

2.1 Lot 1 – Delivery of 2 brand new single-unit electric city buses (BEVs) with technical infrastructure,

2.2 Lot 2 – Delivery of 3 brand new single-unit hydrogen fuel cell low-floor urban buses (FCEVs) with technical infrastructure.

3. The subject of lot 1 of the order is the delivery of 2 brand new single-unit electric city buses with charging infrastructure, from one manufacturer (brand), with a total length from 11,500 mm to 12,200 mm.

The bus must have at least 70 seats, of which at least 20 seats and at least 6 accessible from the low floor level.

Vehicles must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31.12.2002 on the technical conditions of the vehicle and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022).

The contractor is obliged to:

- grant a guarantee on the terms and conditions specified by the Ordering Party,

- license the software of the supplied equipment,

- provide service assistance under the conditions set out in the Terms of Use and in the contract.

The scope of the order is:

- delivery of depot charging stations with the necessary infrastructure,

- training of 10 employees of the User,

- adaptation of vehicles to the standard consistent with the equipment in terms of service and the Passenger Information System being the equipment of the Ordering Party's vehicles,

- equipping buses with safety systems and systems facilitating driving, e.g. blind spot monitoring, driver fatigue monitoring, vehicle wheel pressure monitoring, internal and external monitoring of the vehicle with the ability to save and read the recorded video image, among others. 2 weeks back.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for lot 1 is included in Appendix 4A to the Terms of Reference.

4. The subject of Lot 2 of the contract is the delivery of 3 brand-new single-unit hydrogen fuel cell electric buses, together with charging infrastructure, which are part of a family of city buses with a high degree of unification, from one manufacturer (brand), with an overall length from 11,500 mm to 12,200 mm.

The bus must have at least 60 seats, of which at least 26 seats and at least 7 accessible from the low floor level.

Vehicles must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31.12.2002 on the technical conditions of the vehicle and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022).

The contractor is obliged to:

- grant a guarantee on the terms and conditions specified by the Ordering Party,

- license the software of the supplied equipment,

- provide service assistance under the conditions set out in the Terms of Use and in the contract.

The scope of the order is:

- adaptation of the technical facilities of MZK Piła Sp. z o.o. to the operation, maintenance and ongoing repairs of vehicles powered by hydrogen fuel,

- training of 10 employees of the User,

- adaptation of vehicles to the standard consistent with the equipment in terms of service and the Passenger Information System being the equipment of the Ordering Party's vehicles,

- equipping buses with safety systems and systems facilitating driving, e.g. blind spot monitoring, driver fatigue monitoring, vehicle wheel pressure monitoring, internal and external monitoring of the vehicle with the ability to save and read the recorded video image, among others. 2 weeks back.

The subject of lot 1 of the order is the delivery of 2 brand-new single-unit electric city buses with charging infrastructure, which are part of a family of city buses with a high degree of unification, from one manufacturer (brand), with a total length from 11,500 mm to 12,200 mm, width and total height in accordance with the conditions of admission to traffic.

The bus must have at least 70 seats, of which at least 20 seats and at least 6 accessible from the low floor level.

Vehicles must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31.12.2002 on the technical conditions of the vehicle and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022).

The contractor is obliged to:

- grant a software license for the supplied equipment or released with the subject of delivery,

- provide service assistance under the conditions specified in the Terms of Reference and in the contract.

Delivery of 3 brand new single-unit hydrogen fuel cell low-floor city buses (FCEVs) with technical infrastructure.

The subject of lot 2 of the order is the delivery of 3 brand-new single-unit city buses with a hydrogen cell, with an electric drive, together with the charging infrastructure, which are part of a family of city buses with a high degree of unification, from one manufacturer (brand), with a total length from 11,500 mm to 12,200 mm, width and total height in accordance with the conditions of approval for traffic.

The bus must have at least 60 seats, of which at least 26 seats and at least 7 accessible from the low floor level.

Vehicles must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31.12.2002 on the technical conditions of the vehicle and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022).
