1) The scope of the contract includes:

a) design and implementation of high-performance heating network from pre-insulated pipes with nominal diameter Dn 250 mm along with teletechnical sewage system 2 x RHD PE 40 mm and fiber optic cable, from the heating main 2 x Dn 400 mm at ul. Przelotowa to the planned housing estate at ul. Wschodnia in Szczecin (stages 1, 2 and 3);

b) design and implementation of a network pumping station at ul. Mączna in Szczecin (stage 4).

2) Works involving the construction of a heating network and pumping station together with the necessary construction infrastructure should be performed along with the reconstruction of the area, and then as-built documentation for the entire scope of the subject of the contract. Restoration works in the areas managed by ZDiTM should be carried out in accordance with the conditions described in ordinance No. 40/2014 issued by the director of ZDiTM in Szczecin of 15.10.2014 (link: http://zditm.szczecin.pl/uchwaly/zarzadzenie_40_2014.pdf). Continued in point II.2.4.

3) For this task, the length of the network to be designed and built is: heating network with a nominal diameter Dn 250 mm, length about 3 630 mb.

4) The Employer provides the Contractor:

1. a construction project for the sanitary and telecommunications industry together with an unnoticed notification of construction works not requiring a building permit, for the construction of a 2 x Dn 250/450 mm heating network (stages 1 and 3);

2. a construction project for the sanitary and telecommunications industry together with an unnoticed notification of construction works not requiring a building permit, for the construction of the heating network Dn 250 + 250/710 mm (stage 2);

3. construction design of the pumping station building, together with the development of the area and the necessary line utilities (excluding the power connection).

5) Requirements of the Employer:

As part of the contract, you must:

a) prepare project documentation together with all studies necessary to perform the subject of the contract,

b) obtain all required permits, arrangements and opinions, the obligation to have which arises from the applicable provisions of law and necessary to carry out the construction works covered by the subject of the contract,

c) carry out a traffic organization project, if necessary,

d) carry out the project of restoration of the surface of the area, if necessary,

e) carry out construction works in accordance with the approved detailed construction design and building practice and applicable law,

f) perform calibration and commissioning of the pumping station with the participation of the manufacturer's service (in accordance with the warranty provisions),

g) provide the possibility of control, telemetry and visualization for the technological system of the pumping station,

h) prepare as-built documentation,

i) conduct training in operating pumping stations for employees of the Employer.

6) The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials to implement the investment, including materials necessary to restore the area.

7) The Contractor is required to coordinate the implementation of the subject of the contract with the investments planned by the Employer, the City of Szczecin and other network managers in the area covered by this contract. Therefore, when preparing the Schedule of performing network works, the Contractor is obliged to take into account the above-mentioned investments that could cause a collision with the implementation of the subject of the contract (e.g. when they will be carried out at the same time in the same area), affecting the dates of planned work, and in particular causing disruption of heat supply to customers. I know about the above The Contractor should obtain the investments at the stage of agreeing on the project documentation and on the basis of an interview at the relevant units of the municipal office and other network managers.

8) The contractor is obliged to take over the author's supervision of construction projects carried out for the purposes of building a heating network called: "Heating network 2 x Dn 250/450 mm from pre-insulated pipes - stage 1", "Heating network Dn 250 + 250/710 mm from pre-insulated pipes - stage 2 "," Heating network 2xDn250 / 450mm from pre-insulated pipes - Stage 3 ". The takeover will take place by submitting a statement on taking over the duties of a designer appointed by the Contractor for construction documentation (construction logbook).

9) During the earthworks, the Contractor shall in particular comply with the provisions of:

a) the decision on environmental conditions issued by the Mayor of Szczecin on 4.4.2017 (Annex 8 to PFU);

b) the decisions of the Mayor of the City of Szczecin regarding consent to depart from the provisions specified in par. 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 26.4.2013 on technical conditions to be met by gas networks and their location (Annex 10 to PFU);

c) arrangements of Gaz System Sp. z o. o. on the collision of the designed heating network with the gas network in the area of the Puszcza Bukowa (Annex 11 to PFU).
