The tender concerns the Purchaser's purchase of haemodialysis machines and related proprietary consumables.
Dialysemaskiner – basismængde:
The contracting entity undertakes to purchase the following number of haemodialysis machines under the tendered contract by 01/11/2026: 110 pieces. It is allowed that 12 pieces of which are used (up to one year used).
Dialysis machines – option: Up to an additional 70 pcs. The purchase of optional machines will also take place before 01-11-2026.
Proprietary consumables:
In relation to proprietary consumables, the Purchaser may purchase proprietary consumables under the Contract for use with the purchased dialysis machines. Consumables may be purchased as long as one or more appliances delivered under the Contract are in operation with the Customer.
Basic volume for 110 machines: The contracting authority expects to carry out a total of 418,000 treatments on the contracted basic volume of 110 dialysis machines.
Option for an additional 70 machines: The contracting entity expects to carry out a total of up to 207,000 additional treatments on the up to 70 pieces purchased under the contract.
In addition to haemodialysis machines and proprietary consumer goods, the following services are included as part of the offer:
• An IT solution for handling and administration of dialysis treatment in the Region of Southern Denmark
• Licenses for the IT solution
• Service contract for the IT solution
• Wear and spare parts for the supplied apparatus
