The object of this contract is the assignment of the “management of the Disabled Day Center (CDD) in via Beato Monsignor Talamoni, n. 15”. This is a day-cycle socio-health service and specifically the unitary and integrated management of educational, welfare, health services for guests, as well as ancillary services of nature sanitation for the structure and for the transport of users.

Specifically, the socio-health-care activities included for the management of the Disabled Day Center (CDD) of the Municipality of Seregno are described in detail in art. 6 of the Specifications Special Procurement, the types of intervention and the necessary activities of which are detailed in the 4 Descriptive Technical Sheets attached to the Specifications itself.

The Municipality of Seregno intends to make use of the application, pursuant to art. 50 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 (hereinafter the Code), of the so-called social clause referred to in art. 26 of the tender specifications.
