Information prepared and submitted by companies in IUCLID (e.g., in registrations under EU REACH or EU PPP) have key information on the hazard and intrinsic properties of the chemical, that is relevant for preparing a Harmonised Classification and Labelling (CLH) dossier and concurrent CLH report. Currently, there is no means to automatically generate a draft CLH report from this IUCLID data. The primary aim of the proposed contract is to create a CLH report template, using Freemarker Report Templates (FTL), that can allow the generation of a CLH report from IUCLID, using the IUCLID Report Generator.

The aim is the establishment of a direct service contract with a single provider for the provision of the work.
