Open procedure, pursuant to articles 3, paragraph 1, letter sss) and 122 of Legislative Decree no. 50/16, divided into seven lots, for the packaging, picking, transport and final transfer service to an authorized plant for recovery and/or disposal operations of hazardous and non-hazardous special waste produced in ATAC S.p.A. plants, lasting 36 months, with the exception of Lot No. 7 which will last 12 months, starting from the date of delivery of the service, to be experienced with the e-Procurement system. the service is composed as follows: Lot 1 (at cost) - Waste produced by Atac, collected in packages and pieces; total estimated €536,786.03 of which: a) Maximum amount to be paid by measure €391,600.00 b) Security Charges €1,599.36 c) Possible extension of 20% of the contract €78,320.00 d) Possible extension ( 6 months) €65,266.67 Lot 2 (at cost) - Waste produced by Atac, collected mainly in roll-off containers, consisting of packaging (dangerous and non-hazardous) belonging to chapter 15 of the European classification and by code 20 01 01 of the card Estimated total maximum value €242,132.69 of which: e) Maximum amount to be paid per measure €176,000.00 f) Security Charges €1,599.36 g) Possible extension of 20% of the contract €35,200.00 h) Possible extension (6 months) €29,333.33 Lot 3 (at cost) - Waste produced by ATAC, collected mainly in demountable containers, identified by CER belonging to chapters 16, 17 and 20 of the European classification Estimated total maximum value €613,456.03 of which: a) Maximum amount to be paid to measure €447,700.00 b) Security Charges € 1,599, 36 c) Possible extension of 20% of the contract €89,540.00 d) Possible extension (6 months) €74,616.67 Lot 4 (at cost) - Waste produced by ATAC consisting of liquids produced by ATAC, consisting mainly from waste oils and emulsions, collected in such a way as to allow their aspiration during withdrawal.
